Project 97-2003 Introduction

This course is designed to introduce the concept of implementing project planning and time management on a computer system. The course will take the delegates through building a project step by step incorporating many of the functions available within Microsoft Project. During the course delegates will create their own project strategy based on the constraints laid down in a major exercise.
